Account access
CineMatch requires an account to use the app. If you cannot sign in, make sure you are using the same sign-in method and email address you used when creating your account.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play depending on your device. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. If the app does not reflect a recent purchase, try using the restore purchase option in the app.
Recommendations and catalog data
CineMatch recommends movies and TV shows and may show where titles are available, but it does not stream video content. Catalog, ratings, and provider availability can change over time.
Data deletion requests
You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Settings > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, review the account deletion instructions or email cinematch@interstellarmktg.com from the email address associated with your CineMatch account and write "Data deletion request" in the subject line.
