Delete your CineMatch account.
You can delete your account from inside the app. If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by email.
Delete Your Account In The App
- Open CineMatch and sign in.
- Go to Profile, or tap Account if you are still in onboarding.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
This removes your CineMatch account, profile, saved lists, saved titles, search history, recommendation cache, AI usage records, diagnostic records, RevenueCat webhook records linked to your account, and server-side entitlement state.
If You Cannot Access The App
Email cinematch@interstellarmktg.com from the email address associated with your CineMatch account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.
We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is coming from the account owner before deleting account data.
What May Remain
Some backup, security, fraud-prevention, legal, billing, or transaction records may remain for a limited period where required or permitted by law. App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, and payment providers may retain purchase records under their own policies.
